Job Description

Installation and configuration: Installing and configuring hardware, software, and networks
Maintenance: Maintaining networks, network file systems, and servers
Security: Ensuring the security of the IT infrastructure, including performing security tests and monitoring
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving problems, and providing technical support to employees
Backup and recovery: Designing and implementing backup solutions, managing backup schedules, and developing recovery plans
User management: Adding users to the network, assigning security permissions, and setting up accounts for new and old employees
Training: Training users on the organization's network and systems
Monitoring: Monitoring system performance and tracking system health
Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams to ensure the seamless operation of IT systems
