Rotational shift- 1.30 PM (starting) 3 shift timings
Salary -10500 Take home for 3 Months training, After training 11500 take home + Incentives
Pickup and Drop would be provided
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.
