Job Description

To provide wide range of specialized home nursing services, including post-operative care, palliative care, geriatric care, maternity and newborn care, as well as childcare and babysitting. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, administering treatments, and monitoring patients' progress. Your goal is to provide high-quality healthcare services in the comfort of the patient's home while maintaining their dignity and independence.

Assessing patients and gaining their trust.
Planning and delivering patients’ care.
Monitoring patients’ progress.
Taking samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.
Monitoring and administering medication.
Writing records.
Organising workloads.
Providing emotional support to patients and relatives.
Advising patients and relatives on health-related issues.
