Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy from a recognized institution

Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs (Autism, CP, ADHD, etc.)

Strong understanding of child development, sensory processing, and therapeutic interventions
-
Ability to conduct virtual 1-on-1 therapy sessions effectively
-
Experience in creating personalized home-based therapy plans
-
Excellent communication skills with children and parents

Basic proficiency with digital tools for online sessions, documentation, and progress tracking

Comfortable with video platforms (Zoom, Meet, etc.)

Language: English or Hindi (regional languages are a bonus)

Compassionate, patient, and deeply motivated to support families and children

Experience in early intervention or pediatric neurodevelopment

Certification in sensory integration, developmental delays, or special education

Prior experience with teletherapy / online therapy models
