Office Administration and Marketing Executive
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office files, processing invoices, handling customer care calls, preparing quotations, and assisting with general administrative and marketing tasks.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of MS Office, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Freshers and individuals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, with performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration:

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to management and other staff, including handling phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing company records.

Document Management: Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring all company documents are up to date, easily accessible, and stored securely.

Office Supplies and Equipment: Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment to ensure continuous operations.

Visitor and Client Handling: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience.

Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases, contact lists, and employee records.

Record Keeping: Ensure proper documentation of administrative processes, employee attendance, expense records, and other key operational data.

Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors, service providers, and business partners.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and assist with compliance and audit requirements.
Marketing Execution:

Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, under the guidance of the marketing team or company leadership.

Content Creation: Create, edit, and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and social media posts.

Social Media Management: Monitor and maintain the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), post regular content, and engage with followers to build brand presence.

Market Research: Conduct research to gather market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support marketing strategies.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, trade shows, product launches, and other promotional activities.

CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions, leads, and customer data.

Digital Marketing Support: Work with digital tools such as email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and online advertising channels to support campaign effectiveness.
