Position Overview:
We are seeking an Office Administration Specialist who possesses excellent communication skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, staff, and vendors, so a professional demeanor, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and coordinate daily administrative tasks.
- Provide direct administrative support to management and staff as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records in an organized manner.
- Handle office communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary.
- Perform other office-related duties as required to ensure smooth functioning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office administration or similar role.
