Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at Dynaflex Corporation. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in using office equipment
- Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients
- Customer service skills for addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic computer software and applications
- Relevant certification or diploma in Office Administration is a plus
