Job Description

Office administrator for handling of office & maintain account & data. 
Handling require good communication skill, sales skill, teaching skill, call -  client handling. 
Salary based on interview
Female only
Experienced candidate will prefer.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling correspondence.
Reception: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars for management and staff.
Data Entry: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data collection. Input and update data in databases or spreadsheets as needed.
Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Travel Coordination: Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as required.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Process invoices and expense reports.
