Job Description

Requirement of Office Assistant having a working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and experience in tender preparation, tender bidding/submission through online portals IREPS, Government E-Marketplace (GEM), E-procurement, etc. with excellent command in official correspondence & Communications. (Interested Candidates can send their resumes on email).

Responsible for writing, storing and corresponding for various official contracts Hard File & Soft Copy.

Responsible for studying all contracts and agreements of the company and updating all the task on Microsoft teams and Microsoft planner.

Should be always available and daily and hourly base complete tasks in time bound manner.

Should be able to research legal acts and also be able to Drafting letters, applications, NOCs, notices etc.

Should be able to maintain a systematic record of all documents in both hard copy and soft copy for whole office projects department.
