Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant with specific experience in managing tenders on the GeM portal. The candidate will be responsible for tender search, application, documentation, and submission processes. Knowledge of government e-procurement systems and tender management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Management:

    • Searching for relevant tenders on the GeM portal and other government procurement platforms.
    • Reviewing tender documents, ensuring compliance with the eligibility criteria.
    • Coordinating with the management for preparing and filing tenders within deadlines.
    • Uploading and submitting required documents and bids on the GeM portal.
  • Documentation:

    • Assisting in preparing necessary documents like technical and financial bids.
    • Ensuring timely collection and submission of all necessary supporting documentation.
    • Maintaining organized records of submitted tenders and tracking tender status.
  • Coordination:

    • Liaising with various departments for tender-related information.
    • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers, if necessary, to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Other Administrative Duties:

    • Supporting office operations including handling correspondence, maintaining files, and other administrative tasks.
    • Assisting with daily office work as directed by the management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing tenders on the GeM portal or similar government portals.
  • Knowledge of government procurement rules and regulations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with online tendering processes and document submission.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
