We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess essential computer skills, effective communication abilities, and a foundational understanding of HR portals to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to various departments, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and organizing office documents.

Microsoft Excel & Word: Create, manage, and update documents and spreadsheets. Utilize Excel for data entry, analysis, and report generation. Use Word for drafting professional letters, memos, and other office communications.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication. Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring professionalism and clarity in both written and verbal communication.

HR Portal Management: Assist with basic HR portal tasks, including updating employee records, processing leave requests, and managing payroll-related activities.

Multitasking & Adaptability: Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adapting to changing office needs and supporting team members across different projects.
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with basic HR portals and administrative software.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
