Job Description
Responsibilities:
Organizing Office Operations:
Assist in organizing and maintaining office operations and procedures.
Coordinate with sites team/department on all office equipment.
Ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Handling Communication:
Manage phone calls and correspondence (, e-mail, letters, packages, project reports etc.).
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Supporting to Management
Accounting assistance
Requirements:
Good skills in Microsoft word and Excel
Good English Speaking knowledge with Reading and Writing
Willing to learn Tally
Good Typing Skills
