Need Two persons for handling office related work

We need person who know Computers and is able to do work online

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain and manage office supplies and inventory.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
