Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to handle administrative tasks and support daily office operations. The role involves document management, data entry, scheduling, and assisting various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and clerical tasks.
- Manage and organize files, records, and documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist in drafting letters, reports, and other official documents.
2. Data Entry & Record-Keeping:
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and office records.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
3. Office Coordination & Logistics:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
4. Reception & Customer Support (if applicable):
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the right department.
5. Office Maintenance & Compliance:
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
- Follow company policies and security guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass / fail, any degree in any field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
2. Experience:
- Experience in office administration or assistant roles is a plus.
- Freshers with good organizational and computer skills are welcome to apply.
