Job Description
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office by performing a variety of support tasks. Below is a general outline of the responsibilities, qualifications, and skills typically associated with this role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
- Document Handling: Deliver, collect, and distribute documents and parcels within the office and to external locations as required.
- Clerical Support: Assist administrative staff with tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies.
- Errand Running: Run office-related errands, including delivering and collecting mail, documents, and other items.
- Visitor Assistance: Greet and direct visitors, ensuring they are attended to appropriately.
- Refreshment Services: Prepare and serve refreshments to staff and visitors, including tea, coffee, and snacks.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the use of office equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages to the relevant department.
- Support Administrative Tasks: Assist in setting up meeting rooms, preparing materials, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th grade.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment is a plus.
