Job Description

1. It is necessary to take care of the office premises and clean the office. Clean the tables and utensils of all staff members daily. Disposal of garbage, waste and other disposable materials. inspecting the use of office equipment and supplies.

2. Open and close office.

3. Organize files and perform other scanning, Xerox paperwork duties.

4. Distributing and serving food, tea, water and other snacks to staff and visitors as per their requirement.

5. Maintain cleanliness of office kitchen.

6. Collecting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.

7. Running errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and making bank deposits.

8. Assisting in basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
