1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained.
- Clean desks, chairs, windows, and office equipment.
- Maintain pantry and ensure availability of tea, coffee, and drinking water.
- Dispose of trash and keep office areas tidy.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Deliver and collect documents within the office or to external locations.
- Handle basic office supplies and restock when necessary.
- Welcome and assist visitors, directing them to the right person.
- Arrange and prepare meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Support staff with minor tasks like moving files or organizing workspaces.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.

- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an office environment is preferred.
