Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy to handle day-to-day office tasks and support our team with various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will ensure the office is well-maintained, provide support to employees, and assist in basic clerical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance: Keep office areas clean and organized, including workstations, conference rooms, and common areas.
Serving Tasks: Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Mail and Document Handling: Collect and deliver mail, documents, and packages within the office and to external contacts when necessary.
Stationery Management: Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Support Staff: Assist employees with minor office tasks, such as photocopying, printing, binding documents, etc.
Errand Running: Handle errands outside the office, such as banking tasks or purchases.
Basic Administrative Support: Support the administrative team with tasks like filing, arranging files and documents, and other clerical work.

Requirements:

Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of office procedures.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and polite demeanor.
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
