Job Description

Our is a distribution company in medicine. Work includes Stock packing in warehouse, office work, delivery work, we need a person who can do stock packing, office work & stock delivery to our customers in Hyderabad city.

Responsibilities:

General Office Duties:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including desks, restrooms, and pantry.

- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.

- Handle routine office errands such as going to the bank, post office, or other assigned tasks.

Packing of Medicines:

- Accurately pack medicines for customer orders according to company guidelines.

- Ensure that all orders are packed securely and are ready for dispatch.

- Label packages correctly and maintain a record of packed orders.

- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch of orders.

Inventory Management:

- Assist in managing inventory levels of packing materials and office supplies.

- Notify the supervisor of any shortages or requirements for new supplies.

Support Tasks:

- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.

- Help with any additional tasks as required by the management or other departments.
