Office Maintenance and Cleanliness

Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, including desks, furniture, and common areas.

Regularly check and replenish supplies like paper, pens, and toiletries.

Refreshment Service

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and guests.

Manage pantry supplies and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen or pantry area.

Packaging and Delivery Tasks

Assist with packaging products or materials for delivery.

Coordinate with couriers or delivery personnel for sending and receiving packages.

Outdoor Work

Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies or collecting documents from external locations.
General Assistance Support administrative staff in managing routine office operations
