Should guide all visitors .
Responsible for all office functions.
Shall be responsible for maintaining all manners.
Preparation of stocks statements.
Preparation of Purchase Orders.
Day to day issues and receipts, ledgers, stock statement reports and DMR
Preparation of Daily & Monthly Consumption Report.
Checking of received Material with invoice and purchase order.
Assist in basic administrative tasks as directed by office staff.
Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail and packages.
Provide support during meetings, including setting up conference rooms.
Keep track of incoming and outgoing materials.
Assist in coordinating loading and unloading activities to ensure smooth operations.
Run occasional errands outside the office, such as banking or post office visits.
Assist in purchasing office supplies and other required items.
