We are seeking a reliable Office Coordinator to manage client emails, handle purchasing, and coordinate with our production department. Proficiency in Tally and Excel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client email communications.
- Handle purchasing and stock orders.
- Coordinate with production to ensure smooth operations.
- Use Tally for financial and inventory tracking.
- Prepare reports using Excel.
- Ensure that office workflow procedures are followed with maximum efficiency
- Control office expenditures and office contracts including rent٫ service and so on
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration.
- Proficiency in Tally and Excel.
