This is a full-time role for an Office Executive at Sparkles Dental and Implant Center located in Hyderabad, India. The Office Executive will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating with patients and staff, maintaining records, welcoming patients, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The candidate will be required to work from the office as well as remotely based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Fluent in English and a local language spoken in Hyderabad
- Prior experience in the dental or medical field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
