Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Maintenance & Housekeeping:
- Ensure office premises, furniture, and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist in keeping the pantry, restrooms, and common areas tidy.
- Arrange chairs, tables, and office supplies as needed for meetings or visitors.
2. Document Handling & Errands:
- Deliver files, documents, and messages within the office and to external locations.
- Collect and distribute mail, courier packages, and office supplies.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
3. Assistance to Staff & Visitors:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Help employees with minor tasks such as carrying office materials and setting up workspaces.
- Guide visitors to the appropriate departments or meeting rooms.
4. Miscellaneous Office Support:
- Run office errands, such as purchasing small office supplies or bank-related tasks.
- Assist in opening and closing the office as required.
- Support office staff in emergency situations or special office events.
