Role Overview
As an On-Field Business Development Executive at Zyba, you will play an important role in expanding our client base by connecting with salons to use our software. Your primary responsibility will be to build and take care of relationships with salons, help them to use Zyba's CRM in their operations for more efficiency and meaningful analytics.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and talk to potential salon clients, showing the benefits and functionalities of Zyba software, and converting the lead to sales.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers, understanding their challenges, and offering solutions through Zyba.
- Organise virtual and on-site training sessions to show Zyba's features and functionalities, and make sure the clients have smooth onboarding.
- Act as a contact between clients and internal teams, addressing any concerns and technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting via MIS structure.
- Displaying a 'get things done' attitude to drive successful client integrations.

- Minimum education - Graduate
- Minimum experience - 2 years
