Onfield Sales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Onfield sales executive to plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement offline marketing strategies.
- Organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Manage vendor and media partnerships.
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners).
- Track campaign performance and report results.
- Coordinate with sales and digital teams for integrated marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and research.

Client Meetings: Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products/services, discuss their needs, and understand their business requirements.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients to drive product adoption and close sales.

Negotiations: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
2. Relationship Building and Networking:

Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to position the company’s offerings effectively.

Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales, addressing any concerns, answering queries, and ensuring that products/services meet their needs.
3. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with details of leads, prospects, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Sales Reports: Prepare regular sales reports detailing activities, sales performance, and upcoming opportunities.

Follow-Ups: Perform timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure deals are progressing and close sales where possible.
4. Product Knowledge and Training:
