Job Description
Role Overview
This position reports directly to the enrollment team lead and works primarily to enroll students in online music lessons & further support. The ideal candidate is expected to understand the benefits of music learning and be able to help potential students with their music learning needs. Should you be hired, you would be expected to create a two way connection with students to become a trusted partner in their enrollment process. Communicate student information and requirements with teachers to facilitate a great class experience for students. Guide students through completion of class enrollment process. Work with multiple departments to ensure an incredible learning journey for students.
Job Description
Engage with newly assigned leads immediately using text and phone outreach. Excellent lead management and lead nurturing (Thoroughly process leads to increase overall sales and the amount of each sale). Handle questions and provide detailed information on features and policies of Muzigal. Collect relevant student information and update in the CRM portal and share with teachers. Assist in trial class setup and ensure class completion. Follow up with students to provide guidance with class enrollment, billing and payment processing and close the sale. Prioritize and promptly respond to any requests from students or teachers and direct to the appropriate department for further assistance. Keep track of and strive to exceed individual and team targets for weekly and monthly student enrollments. Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Skills Required:
Communicate effectively by phone, text or email in a professional and friendly manner.
Customer service experience preferable
Demonstrated experience in achieving metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Google apps, Microsoft word and Excel, basic CRM system understanding.
Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple departments.
Excellent time management
The incentive plans are dynamic in nature considering business environment, competition etc. The same can be changed as may be required considering the changing business environment without prior notice.
In order to achieve the target numbers, shall follow all the best practices as recommended by the company. However, in case there is a shortfall, willing to attend training at 8 AM in the morning and improve performance. In case there is any backlog in reaching sales targets on a proportionate basis, will also stretch my evening hours upto 8 PM and reach number targets. Fully aware that any shortfall in reaching monthly minimum numbers will lead to implementation of Performance Improvement Program (PIP)
