Job Description
- Manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook accounts by creating engaging content and developing effective marketing strategies.
- Handle internet sales, including customer inquiries, product listings, and order processing.
- Create, edit, and optimize videos for social media to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and sales data to identify trends and improve strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate online campaigns.
- Respond to customer comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Handle listing approvals, price changes, deal participation, and resolution of marketplace issues.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds in coordination with the operations team.
- Process online orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatch, and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in internet sales or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook management, including familiarity with social media best practices.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
