Role Description: Operations Executive (0 to 1 year experience)
ePayhub is seeking dedicated and dynamic Operations Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing key aspects of customer service and operational efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for our users. The Operations Executive will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- KYC Verification: Assisting with the verification of customer identities and ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Addressing customer queries efficiently and professionally through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone calls.
- Coordinating Across Teams: Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
- Providing Feedback for Product Improvement: Gathering insights from customer interactions and offering constructive feedback to relevant teams for continuous product development and enhancement.
We are seeking a proactive, solution-driven individual with excellent communication skills to help us enhance both our customer service and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple teams.
Note: Freshers with the required skills are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: The monthly salary offered is in between Rs.12,000 to Rs.17,000 per month. Candidates expecting a higher salary package need not apply.
Shift Requirements:
- Willingness to work in shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4 PM to 12 AM
- Work-from-home option is available for the 2nd shift (4 PM to 12 AM)
