Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, handling customer interactions, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks related to auctions and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
Auction Management:
Provide auction-related information to clients through calls and emails. Oversee auction processes, ensuring smooth execution and resolving any operational issues. Address and resolve escalations promptly and efficiently.
Customer Support:
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions. Conduct cold calls to engage potential clients and address their needs.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update records using basic Excel and Word. Prepare and manage reports related to auction and customer activities.
