Job Description

Operations: Oversee the day-to-day field operations at stores.

Project Management: Direct and Liaise with Internet Service Provider, Vendors for TV installation in retail stores & Store manager for initial installation activities (TV screens, internet connection & app activation). Deliver on time.

Client Communication: Effective communication by ensuring all stakeholders are updated on key metrics, and suggest areas for improvement

Conduct a weekly check of all stores & report issues.

Local travel within the city

Upto 2 years of experience in any field

Provide support in resolving operational issues and challenges

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements

Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
