About part time job/internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an operations intern.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Consumer Insights: Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand consumer preferences, buying behavior, and perceptions regarding sarees
2. Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, fashion forecasts, and cultural influences impacting the saree market
3. Vendor Identification: Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers in Chennai that meet the requirements for sourcing materials
4. Report Preparation: Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing research findings, insights, and recommendations

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with local markets and vendor networks in Chennai, particularly in the textiles and fashion industry
2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors
3. Passion for fashion and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and developments
4. A proactive approach to sourcing new vendors and staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics
