About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage customer queries via phone, emails & social media
2. Manage developer & agents relationships
3. Assist in general office & branch management
4. Liaise with the sales team to ensure excellent customer experience
5. Track, review, and manage customer feedback
