Job Description

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage a list of schools assigned to each candidate
2. Work on data entry, filing, and spreadsheet management
3. Work on operational process flow
4. Manage the list of books to be delivered to each school as per the list
5. Manage data of each school (billing/stock/delivery)
6. Track and manage work on fleet mapping
7. Work on stock maintenance
8. Work with the production staff to create an inventory of items in storage
9. Organize and maintain a database of each school
10. Enter revenue/expenses in a budget spreadsheet
11. Attend meetings with the founder of different schools
