Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answer calls, reply to emails and social media messages professionally to provide information about products, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints
2. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, that are taken and process orders, forms, and applications
3. Coordinate with various logistics partners and operations personnel and take care of shipping and follow up with customer
4. Analyze sales, reviews, products, demographics, competitors, and other data regularly to work with the design team and create products within the specific attribute
5. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, design, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
6. Maintain data on history and daily/monthly sales
7. Work on downloading all reports from portals (like inventory/sales) on a daily and monthly basis and maintain MIS to track sales and margin product-wise
8. Keep a record of all charges in case of return
