Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordination and supervision: Coordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization

2. Financial:
a. Review financial statements and data
b. Utilize financial data to improve profitability
c. Prepare and control operational budgets
d. Control inventory

3. Best Practices:
a. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
b. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output

4. Human Resources:
a. Plan the use of human resources
b. Organize the recruitment and placement of the required staff
c. Establish organizational structures
d. Delegate tasks and accountabilities
e. Establish work schedules
f. Supervise staff

5. Production:
a. Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing, and distribution of goods
b. Monitor performance and implement improvements
c. Ensure the quality of the products

6. Communication:
a. Monitor, manage, and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, accounts, and finance
b. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions

7. Sales, marketing, and customer service:
a. Manage customer support
b. Plan and support sales and marketing activities

8. Strategic input:
a. Liaison with top management
b. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity
c. Implement and manage operational plans

9. Travel to branches and make sure that all operations are smooth
10. Work as all-level designations at branches and standardize how business operations run under the school verticals
