Job Description
About the internship
1. Coordinate with customers to plan the installation of the product
2. Plan and oversee the logistics and delivery of locks to the customer's house
3. Visit the customer's home to oversee the installation process
4. Ensure smooth onboarding of the customer and resolve any difficulties faced by the customer
5. Establish a network and maintain communications with vendors (installation, logistics, kit traders, etc.)
6. Maintain inventory and prepare reports using Google Sheets
