Job Description
Selected Intern's day-to-day responsibilities will be:
1. Supporting our Operation & Risk team in various tasks, including Merchant due diligence, document review, and other duties as assigned.
2. Project Management: Maintaining the process of the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational projects through KYC.
3. Keep records of customer interactions, and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
4. Doing onboarding of new clients, maintaining spreadsheets, and collecting of documents.
