1. Keep an eye on our app and website, making sure everything works well

2. Chat with students on calls and WhatsApp to get their thoughts on our study stuff
3. Work with our experienced team to talk about feedback and make things better
4. Make sure our tests and study materials are top-notch
5. Learn and Understand Google Business
6. Handle Google Business stuff, making sure everyone gets the right info
7. Be ready to take charge during off-hours if there's an urgent situation
