Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. This is a central role which spans Pan India and is responsible to onboard all types of customers - B2C and B2B (including payment solutions)
2. Follow a Automated and dynamic customer onboarding process -all checks & confirmations to be done within the specified TATs
3. Responsible to check the performance of the on boarded agents and ensure they are active. Clean up the records by informing the COB Head to (terminate) block the (contracts) code where customers are inactive
4. Ensure 100% completion of documentation for all the process within the specified TATs
5. Assist during all audits & ensure compliance 6. Suggest methods and new process to improve process and reduce audit queries
7. Responsible to keep a track & complete the KYC and Revalidation process for all customers
8. Responsible to maintain and share regular MIS & complete all reconciliation
9. Ensure awareness of the latest regulatory policies and procedures
10. Coordinate and assist the COB Head to administer online tests on a monthly basis
11. Adhere to overall governance policies and procedure as laid down by the organization
