Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining various excel trackers on a daily/weekly basis
2. Highlighting or escalating concerns for immediate action
3. Supporting in tracking and resolving customer complaints or other concerns that involve the partnership team and following up with the concerned departments for timely resolution
4. Supporting in managing relationships with new & existing merchants, which includes updating content, and actioning other requirements from merchants
5. Tracking and escalating all required action points for timely resolution
