Job Description

The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining company operations. He has to find end to end solutions, Product knowledge, client coordination, basic computer knowledge, effective communication, process orientation. Currently we are recruiting freshers and training them to move to their next level.

Responsibilities:

Planning and managing: Overseeing daily operations, planning and managing projects, and supporting senior management

Analyzing and improving: Analyzing workflow and processes for efficiency improvements, and monitoring operational costs

Communicating: Communicating with different departments, and communicating with management teams

Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and ensuring that all operations are conducted safely

Monitoring and reporting: Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, and tracking operational costs

Developing and setting: Developing company policies, and setting profit and sales goals

Training and reviewing: Training staff, and conducting performance reviews
