Position Title: Oracle Fusion Financial
Consultant
Department: IT/Finance
Reports To: IT Manager/Finance Director
Location: Physical Office Hyderabad and Support Location: Khobar, Saudi
Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time (Offshore Supporting to client in KSA)
Timing IST : 11:30 am to 07:30 PM
Minimum Hours: 4 and Maximum Hours: 8
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials to optimize financial processes and reporting capabilities. This role involves working closely with finance and IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation and Configuration
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Reporting.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financial applications to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other modules.
- Design and implement workflows, approval hierarchies, and security roles.
2. Business Process Optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Analyze and improve financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
3. Data Integration and Migration
- Manage data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Develop and oversee integration processes with other systems (e.g., ERP, EPM, HCM).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity during migration and integration.
4. Reporting and Analytics
- Design and develop financial reports using Oracle Fusion tools (e.g., OTBI, FRS, Smart View).
- Create dashboards and KPIs for executive decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
5. Support and Maintenance
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Train end-users and create comprehensive documentation for processes and solutions.
6. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure financial systems comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to financial systems and processes.
7. Project Management
- Manage Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and enhancement projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or Oracle Financials Certification are highly desirable.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in data migration, integration, and reporting within Oracle Fusion Financials.
Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financial architecture and functionality.
- Advanced skills in SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or other financial systems.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with financial compliance frameworks such as SOX.
