The Position / About The Job
- As an Order Handler you will understand the Customer Orders and cross check with Alfa Laval various compliance policies and further entry in system,
- Follow up with factories for Order Confirmation, Order readiness and facilitate order changes in Customer Orders and provide calendarized update to customer on their Orders.
- Perform backlog review, identify risks, discussion action plan with other stake holders and follow up on actions.
- Obtain and provide and shipping documentation (Incoterms & IMPEX basic process knowledge).
- Ensure on time in full deliver of order to customer, payment collection, logistic co-ordination & Optimal Inventory Management.
- Perform backlog review with Sales & Operation and timely highlight any issue. Participates in process improvement projects.
