An Outbound calling Tele caller is responsible for making outgoing calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or gather information. The role involves lead generation, sales conversion, customer support, and feedback collection.

Making outbound calls: Responsible for making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, collect information, or conduct surveys.
Answering inbound calls: They may also handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
Building relationships: Play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.
Providing information: They are responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Make cold calls or follow-up calls to prospective customers.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
Explain product/service details and answer customer queries.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Persuade customers to buy products/services or take necessary actions.
Handle objections and provide relevant solutions to customer concerns.

3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain a record of calls, customer details, and feedback.
Update CRM software with customer responses and status.
Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with the team.

4. Follow-ups & Target Achievement

Make timely follow-up calls to interested customers.
Work towards achieving sales targets or appointment-setting goals.
Collaborate with the sales team for lead conversion.
