MAD Networks is hiring an Outbound Sales Executive focused on the Energy, Telecom, and Solar sectors for one of the leading MNC Company.

Position:- Outbound Sales Executive - Lead Generation Expert

Location:- Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience:- Minimum 2 Years in the same field

Salary range:- Based on interview

Job role:-

- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote energy, telecom, and power products and services.

- Follow communication scripts to handle various topics effectively.

- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Meet personal and team targets for call volume and sales performance.

- Upsell products and services when appropriate.

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
