Outbound Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in domestic sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales to contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
• Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a domestic market.
• Strong Hindi and English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
• Results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
• Experience in outbound sales is a plus.
• Shift: - Day Shift (6days of working rotational Off)
• Process: - Outbound Sales Voice process (Gaming Process)
• Shift Timing 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Work From Office
