Job Description:*We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven outbound/tele caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers or clients over the phone, promoting our products or services, and converting leads into sales. You will be a crucial part of our customer engagement and growth strategy.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers.

- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.

- Maintain customer records by updating account information.

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively respond to customer queries.

### *Requirements:*

- Proven experience as a telecaller, outbound caller, or similar sales/customer service role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.

- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

- Fluency in English is a must.
