Job Role and Responsibilities:

 Oversee the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning.

 Manage customer service and ensure high-quality service standards.

 Supervise and motivate outlet staff to achieve targets.

 Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.

 Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.

 Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

 Coordinate with the central office to ensure proper product deliveries.

 Maintain sales records and report performance regularly.

 Implement promotional activities to boost sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Previous experience in retail or outlet management.

 Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
