we are looking for pantry boy

Greet all employees, officers and guests as per time i.e. Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening etc.
Serve water immediately when any guest arrives

Ensure proper cleanliness of cups/glasses/coasters/hands before serving tea, snacks or food

Make sure that water or tea or coffee does not spill on the tray
Clear the table immediately after tea or breakfast
Provide proper cleaning of every chair in the office, clean table drawers as and when required

Make sure all cabinets/cupboards are clean

Clean windows/doors/mirrors/curtains every 2-3 days

Clean the switch/plug/switch board with proper care
Keep the notice board clean and tidy
Remove spider webs immediately if noticed
Keep record of cups/kettles/plates/trays/spoon etc.
Ensure proper in/out entry for office keys
Ensure that office keys are deposited after closing the office
Do not talk about confidential matters. Do not listen to music on mobile in the office.
